Coaching, Therapy & Healing
As a Transformational Coach, Spiritual Teacher and Healer I can draw from my various modalities to support my clients in a powerful way. The combinations of my years of self-development and study has given me an unique edge to help my clients become aware of, process and heal from what's causing them discomfort in their life in a very short amount of time. Clients who commit to working with me over a 3 to 6 month period have significant transformation and feel lighter and have more motivation to create a happier, healthier life for themself.
Therapy focusses on the past, Life coaches focus on the future and as a transformations coach, spiritual teacher and healer, I work in the GAP between our Psychotherapists, Psychologist, and Life Coaches. I am a trained Reflexologist, Sound Healer, Reiki Practitioner and I am IFS/Trauma informed. However I am not a trained therapist. If you are looking for a trained therapist that specializes in your particular struggle, please find one.
Like with everything in life there will be some "cross over" between Coaching, Therapy and Healing. As Coaches we will 100% find traumatic events that have an impact on our clients lives. As Therapist we motivate and help our clients build better futures. There will inevitably be a cross over of worlds for all coaches, therapists and healers. Working in the GAP I am able to see things that other coaches and therapists perhaps won't and can't see. This is my unique skill or gift.
I work with what's needed on the day. This is very important because that's how we clear the thought, beliefs and patterns from our life with more awareness and ease. When my clients show up they have a choice of talking through things or if they feel that they need a Frequency Alignment, that is what will happen in our session.
